I haven’t been posting much/at all. Life has taken over and posting on social media has taken a back seat. But we are here, making all the meal kits, and loving every minute of it. This photo was taken after a meal kit was used to make the meal. No AI, just real food. We often joke about the fact that we aren’t photographers and that we do our best with photos, but we try to let the food do the talking. It’s tough, on an app that is all photos, trying to showcase our food, actual meals, made by us, in our kitchen, with terrible lighting. Sometimes we get lucky and other people take photos for us, which we love, and send them to us (this one was taken by our sister). Anywho, all that to say that our photos are our ACTUAL meals, no AI here! What you see is what you get, fresh food, made with whole ingredients, and we are so proud of this!

Deliveries to Okotoks, Calgary, Langdon, Chestermere, Cochrane, & Airdrie all happen on Tuesdays. Meal kits come to you fresh, and you can freeze them if you like!
