These fruit bombs are loud, tangy, spicy, sour, and insanely addictive! 😍

Ingredients:
* 2 cups green grapes
* 2 cups watermelon chunks
* 1 cup kiwi slices
* 1 cup green apple chunks
* 1/2 cup gummy candies
* 2 tablespoons chamoy sauce
* 1 tablespoon hot honey
* 2 tablespoons lime juice
* 1 tablespoon pickle juice
* 1 teaspoon Tajín seasoning
* 1 teaspoon sour candy powder
* 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
* 1 tablespoon crushed sour candy pieces
* Fresh mint for garnish

Instructions:
1. Add grapes, watermelon, kiwi, and green apples to a large bowl.
2. Drizzle with chamoy, hot honey, lime juice, and pickle juice.
3. Sprinkle in Tajín, sour candy powder, chili powder, and crushed sour candies.
4. Toss until fruit is glossy and fully coated.
5. Fold in gummy candies for extra chewy candy chaos.
6. Chill for 20 minutes before serving.
7. Garnish with fresh mint and extra sour candy dust before serving.

Pro Tip:
Freeze the grapes and watermelon slightly before mixing for an icy electric candy texture that makes the flavors explode even more! 😋

♦️Crying Tiger Sauce (Nam Jim Jaew)♦️

A bold, spicy, and tangy Thai dipping sauce that perfectly complements grilled meats, especially steak. 🥩🔥 With a kick of heat and a balance of savory, sour, and sweet flavors, this sauce will have your taste buds roaring!

Ingredients:
3 tbsp fish sauce (or soy sauce for vegan)
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp palm sugar (or brown sugar)
1 tbsp roasted rice powder (optional)
2-3 Thai bird’s eye chilies (adjust for spice level)
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp green onion, chopped

Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients:
In a small bowl, finely chop the bird’s eye chilies and garlic.

If using, toast the rice powder in a dry skillet for 2-3 minutes until golden and fragrant. Let it cool.

Mix the Sauce:
In a bowl, combine the fish sauce (or soy sauce), lime juice, rice vinegar, and palm sugar.
Stir until the sugar dissolves.

Add Flavor and Heat:
Add the minced garlic, chopped chilies, roasted rice powder (if using), cilantro, and green onions to the sauce.

Stir everything together until well combined.

Serve & Enjoy:
Serve the Crying Tiger Sauce as a dipping sauce for grilled meats like steak, chicken, or pork. It also works wonderfully with fresh vegetables or even as a drizzle over rice bowls.

♦️ Korean Gochujang Beef Bowls♦️

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon sesame oil

For the sauce:
3 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon rice vinegar

For serving:
Cooked rice
Sliced cucumbers
Shredded carrots
Fried or soft-boiled eggs
Green onions
Sesame seeds

Directions:
Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar.
Pour the sauce over the beef and stir to coat evenly.
Simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened and glossy.
Assemble bowls with cooked rice, topped with the beef mixture.
Add cucumbers, carrots, eggs, green onions, and sesame seeds.
Serve immediately.

Ingredients:
500 g chicken thigh, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp ginger, minced
1 small onion, sliced
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (optional)

For the sauce:
2 Tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1 Tbsp gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp honey or sugar
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp black pepper

Directions:
In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients until well combined.

Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
Add garlic, ginger, and onion, sautéing until fragrant.

Add the chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned.

Pour in the sauce and stir to coat the chicken evenly.

Reduce heat and simmer for 8–10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce thickens.

Optional: Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the chicken, cover, and let it melt.

Serve hot with rice or lettuce wraps.

♦️♦️Lemon Herb Baked Tofu♦️♦️

Ingredients
Firm tofu, drained and pressed
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 large lemon, zest and juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon paprika
to taste salt and pepper
for garnish fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut the pressed tofu into cubes (about 1 inch each) and set aside in a mixing bowl.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic,
oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.

Pour the marinade over the tofu cubes and gently toss until all pieces are evenly coated.

Spread the marinated tofu cubes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the tofu is golden and slightly crispy on the edges.

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.

Notes
Press the tofu well to remove excess moisture for better flavor absorption.
Feel free to add other herbs or spices to customize the flavor to your liking.
Tofu can be served over rice or with a side of vegetables for a complete meal.
