Well some of the garlic is cured and ready. Now to get the rest of the thousands still hanging cut and cleaned and into the shop for sorting! We have this handy dandy root cutter to help, new this year.

Woohoo! Harvesting is finished! Now to hang, cure and clean the garlic. We will be working on restocking our most popular garlic powder and black garlic. I know everyone wants to know when cured garlic will be ready and I’m happy to say 2-3 weeks! 😃
