It is with a heavy heart that I am closing Ann's Deli, but my arthritic hands and joints are relieved. The physical and financial costs of maintaining pierogi and shishkabob production have taken their toll.

So we say farewell to Ann's but HELLO to The Wichery, the vision of daughter Bridget and future son-in-law Dan. They have stepped up to run the store, under their own banner. Dan and Bridget have worked in the basement kitchen for 7 years, so it is now time for their menu and skills to shine in the daylight. With a fresh menu of house-made sandwiches, salads, soups and sweets, you are sure to find something that will tempt you. Give it a try!

On Tuesday, on a brilliantly clear and cold January day, the next generation installed their new sign. We are stoked to announce the Wichery, our chef's vision for house made artisanal offerings. The new soup, sandwiches and sweets menu will be announced soon, expected opening in February. Change, for good, and for the better, fueled by vitality, and a clear eyed vision for great, accessible food done well.

We do sandwiches for events! 48 hour notice if possible please.
Light: thin sandwich bread and 70 grams of filling
Regular: regular sandwich bread and 100 grams of filling
Deluxe: Bread options - Kaisers, bagels, rye bread, sourdough, and 100 grams of filling.
The most popular is our egg salad, followed by tuna, black forest ham, smoked turkey, assorted cold cuts. We have other options too! Call 905-723-4111 for pricing.
