For those new to this culinary gem, “Tartufata” is our luxurious, ready-to-use Italian Mushroom & Truffle Tapenade. Our unique recipe expertly blends finely chopped black summer truffles with field mushrooms and extra virgin olive oil to create an earthy, rich, and incredibly versatile spread.

HOW TO USE TARTUFATA:
This isn’t just a condiment; it’s a chef’s secret weapon. A little goes a very long way.

🔸PASTA: Swirl 1-2 teaspoons into hot, buttered pasta (especially fresh ravioli or tagliatelle) just before serving. Add a splash of pasta water and a mountain of parmesan.

Larissa’s Olive Oil Pick of the Month 🫒

Meet two beautiful expressions from Ciccolella, a family producer in Puglia—Cru di Puglia IGP and Organic Cru. Both showcase the character of Puglian olive varieties, with the organic Cru blending Coratina and Ogliarola Barese for a beautifully balanced, fresh and peppery finish.

Cru di Puglia IGP is elegant and medium-fruited—perfect for everyday finishing, from grilled fish and vegetables to fresh cheeses and delicate sauces. Organic Cru turns up the green character, with notes of fresh olives, cut grass, almond and artichoke, plus a lovely bitter-peppery finish.

Both are organic, 100% Italian extra virgin olive oils, and the Organic Cru is naturally very high in polyphenols—the compounds behind that beautiful peppery bite.
