Farmgate Cider

Farmgate Cider is a family-owned and operated craft cidery located in Arnprior, Ontario, just outside of Ottawa. Rooted in sustainable agriculture and traditional European-style cider-making, we grow and care for our own orchard, hand-pick tree-ripened apples, and craft bright, well-balanced ciders without added preservatives, sulphites, or chemicals. Family is at the heart of everything we do — from planting and harvesting to crushing, fermenting, bottling, and selling. We make ciders we’re proud to put on our own dinner table and welcome guests to our tasting room, bottle shop, tours, tastings, and orchard experiences that celebrate craft, community, and local flavour.

We sell over a dozen styles of cider; some are perfectly dry (0g of sugar), and some have natural sweetness added like honey or maple syrup. We offer free samples, so come find your new fave!

Fun facts: 6 members of our family make up the core of Farmgate. 3 Bros is even named after the brothers involved! Brenda is an artist and all our labels feature her original artworks.

That’s a wrap on our Season Opener for The Original Navan Market!

Even with the rain and chilly weather you showed up, and we couldn’t be more grateful. 💛

A huge thank you to all of our amazing vendors for braving the cold and wet conditions with such positive energy, warm smiles, and incredible displays. Your dedication and spirit truly made the day feel brighter.

And to every customer, family, friend, and supporter who came out to shop local despite the weather — thank you for making our first market of the season such a success. Your support means the world to our small businesses.

We’re already looking forward to doing it all again at The Heart of Orléans Market next weekend on May 31st, and back at The Original Navan Market on June 28th!

Reminder that we have lots of Free Parking at our Delson Entrance. Head down Delson Drive and come onto the grounds. This includes accessible parking.

Please refrain from parking on the side of Delson Drive. The city unfortunately forgot to put up the no parking signs and we want to keep it open for first responders and Navanites who live on that road.

Rain amounts have drastically reduced! Open time will still be 9:30.

Come on out and spend the day with us!

New layout/grateful post!

As we approach the season opener, we wanted to give a little update to our layout this season!

We are SO EXCITED to be using the gorgeous pavilion that was built on the fairgrounds to house some vendors this season! The community rallied hard and raised the funds to build this beautiful space and we are thrilled to be adding it to our market layout. With the addition of the pavilion, we decided to bring the domes vendors forwards onto the grounds. So this season, your domes faves will have new spots on the grounds! Some under the pavilion and some spread out around the grounds. We have 220+ vendors joining us at every market and we/they are ready to go to share alllllll the goodness and happy things with you this season! Thank you to everyone who contributed to bring the pavilion to life. Big shout-out to Luc Picknell and Dan Reid for spearheading the build of it ❤️

We wanted to send a HUGE thank you to the CTAS (The Navan Fair) for letting us have the market on the fairgrounds year after year. This market runs through my veins and deep in my heart and soul and we hope to continue to bring smiles and laughter to the community for years to come.

Shoutout to one of our all time fave local spots to grab a meal! OCCO Kitchen fueled us up before heading to the grounds to mark for Sunday!

The almost empty plate is the Cauli Wings.... iYKYK 🤤🤤🤤🤤

If you've never been, head there asap! The owners are incredible people and the food is top notch! Locations on Innes Road and downtown.
