So, I did a taste test last night. Two different varieties of turnip (York vs Laurentian) prepared three different ways - raw, boiled and mashed with butter, roasted with olive oil in the air fryer. Any guesses which variety I liked more?

Julienne vegetables... coloured carrots, cabbage, kohlrabi, candycane beet and onion. Topped with a Greek inspired dressing of olive oil, balsamic and apple cider vinegar, dried herbs.
Juicy, crunchy and delicious! 😋
