We would like to thank John Baker for the passion he brings to the beef industry as Director of Ontario Beef's Market Development Program. John's passion and experience played an instrumental role in shaping not only the vision and strategy behind Blue Lakes, but in the planning and efficient design of our new facility.

We were honoured to have John emcee our grand opening event, bringing the same energy and expertise to our celebration.

Yesterday we cut the ribbon on our new facility at Blue Lakes Premium Meats.

Formerly Parkhill Meats, our federally inspected facility in Parkhill, Ontario is the first new federally inspected meat processing facility in Canada in more than 20 years.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. Same commitment to quality, traceability, and Ontario corn-fed Angus beef and lamb, now under a new name and a new facility built to match it.

Blue Lakes Premium Meats is opening its doors! Join us on Wednesday, July 15, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 3900 Elginfield Rd, Parkhill, as we officially open our new federally inspected processing facility — the first new one built in Canada since 2003. Stop by to see the facility, meet the team, and enjoy some food from the grill.
