Well, it's a small town in northern Ontario, a few hours north of Toronto. There really is no better setting for an organic company. We are in the heart of the 30,000 Islands of Georgian Bay which is part of Lake Huron. With a rugged shoreline of granite and windswept p

ines, and inland lakes everywhere you turn, we are literally surrounded by natural beauty and wildlife which puts us in a great state of mind to create the best tasting organic fruit spreads possible. UNESCO has even recognized this unique part of the world by designating it a Biosphere Reserve. Crofter's Food Ltd has been manufacturing organic products since the beginning of the trend toward organics. We continue to be family owned and now employ over 30 people making us one of the largest employers in the area.

Back to school lunches just got way more delicious with our Strawberry PB&J Bites recipe!🍓These bites are super easy to prepare and are packed with real fruit goodness thanks to our Premium Strawberry Fruit Spread! Picky eater approved - You’re definitely going to want to try these lunch box hero PB&J bites!😀🍓🥄

Ingredients:

½ Cup Smooth Peanut Butter
¼ Cup Crofter’s Organic Premium Strawberry Fruit Spread
1 ¼ Cup Rolled Oats
2 Tbsp Chia Seeds

Directions:

1) In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well using a spatula.

2) Place the bowl in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes – 1 hour.

3) Remove bowl from the fridge. Scoop out roughly 1 ½ Tbsp amounts and gently roll into bite size balls. Enjoy and store in a well-sealed container in the fridge.
