At our core, we are a family-owned (proudly veteran) and operated retailer of the finest fresh extra virgin olive oil and aged balsamic. We carry over twenty flavours of infused extra virgin olive oils (as for the “non-infused” we call those guys “single varietals”). Fresh, high quality olive oil is important for your health as well as the flavour of your food. Once you try premium quality olive o

il, you will never look at the "other stuff" the same again! We also carry over twenty flavours of aged balsamic vinegars. Aged is important here because it provides max viscosity, complexity and sweetness as that’s what separates good balsamic from vinegar - more on that in our upcoming posts. Do you know of anyone who bottles their own wine or could put 2,087 unused (but labelled) glass bottles to good use? 😅 our printed logo can be covered-up by a stick-on label making these puppies just as good as blank bottles.

Q. "Is your business for sale?"
A. "As it takes at least 60 days for a business sale to happen and my due date is in ~70 days, we have officially reached the deadline to sell. It would not be realistic for me to ensure a smooth transition for a future owner by this point. We wish to thank the interested parties for reaching out. Many people wanted to see that the legacy of our business was kept alive, but for different reasons, it just didn't work out. We are grateful to have been open for 10 years as of November 2024, all because of your support! 🥰

Q. "What if I have a gift certificate"
A. Gift certificates can still be redeemed. Please come in soon while supplies last.

Q. "Can I buy your fusti's, shelving, etc?"
A. Yes, all store fixtures are for sale. Fusti's are $40 ea or 2 for $70 (includes stand). Please get in touch if you wish to purchase shelving etc.

Q. "Where can we find your products after you close?"
A. Some of our wholesale partners may continue to have a limited stock of our products - Valley Buns Bakery, Farmstead Cheesehouse, The White Lake General Store.

We are open today (Christmas Eve) from 10-2pm for your last-minute gifting needs!

Please note we will be closed from December 25th-January 6th for Christmas Break. We will re-open on January 7th at 10 am.

We hope to provide you with an update regarding the sale or closure of our business by early January.
