Today is a big day at Il Vecchios. Today we honor the 90th birthday of the heart and soul behind our deli - the founder- Valentina( or Val as many of you know her by) Her passion, hard work, and unwavering dedication didn’t just build a business, it built a community. What started as a dream became a place filled with tradition, quality, and care, thanks to her vision and hard work.
We are endlessly grateful for everything she has given us — the recipes, the values, the stories, and the legacy that continues to inspire us every day. Her legacy lives on in every customer served and every story shared across our counters.
