Aged for 2 years, this pasturized goats milk cheese is distinctively sweet as the goats grazed exclusively on clover.

This cheese is called "Butter with a rind" around here! The Chateau is a triple-cream, brie style pasteurized cows milk cheese. With a extremely soft gooey interior the Chateau is definitely a crowd pleaser!
