STORY TIME 👋🏼

So today is a PA day and Bowie has day camp at the hub.

When I told him this week, he was like "why do I always have to go to camp and we don't do something fun together"

Moving here, and even with the store x events was meant to be more flexible and balanced, then life in Toronto

With a triple shift tmrw, it feels like today is the chance to have a mama and kiddo day.

SO in the honour of a PA day, I will be playing hookie with bean to go to Kingston for fun adventures today! Sometimes you just have to a little spontaneous 👋🏼

MOTIVATIONAL MONDAY BUT MAKE IT FOOD 🥰

so not going to lie, I USED TO BE A BIG DILL 😂

Tv, magazines, hosting, media, travelling with brands etc.

IT was some of my fav work!

Fast forward to moving here and RELEASING my DILLY PICKLE 🥒 SOUP - and being called "the pickle lady" 😂

Something I'm most known for, which is hilarious to me , don't worry I'll be BRINE

NOW that hot soup season is dwindling, I thought to myself WHAT will i give my fellow pickle lovers ....

TRIPLE PICKLE PASTA SALAD

I always promote balance in life, food and such - making sure y'all get your proteins, fibres and more

AND so with that, I sometimes need to reset and have a little mental health day for me too

It's been a hectic few weeks, and the crazy season is near.

SO I need one day off, after a holiday weekend just to take a little self care
