1,000 . Wow.

When we started sharing Ho**er & Brown on Facebook, it was never about going viral or chasing a big number. It was simply about bringing you along for the journey, sharing what we’re building, what we’re learning, what’s in the case, and what we’re trying to get a little better at every day.

From the first day we opened, even when we were still half shop, half construction site, this community has shown up for us. You commented, shared, encouraged us, stopped by, asked questions, tried new products, and helped us keep moving forward.

And now there are 1,000 of you here.
That means a lot. More than we can properly say.

We know we do some things a little differently. We’re still learning, still building, still finding the next turn in the trail. But we’re here for great food, local community, good provisions, and helping people gather around the table, whether it’s an everyday supper, a BBQ night, or a moment worth celebrating.

Thank you for being part of this journey with us.

Wow so many of you have already stopped by the shop these last few days to get set for Father’s Day. - Thank you for that. 🥩

We’ve been a little busy and didn’t quite get around to making a proper post or video… but the coolers are full, and we’ve got plenty ready for the weekend.

Steaks, jerky, BBQ picks, and a few other Father’s Day highlights are waiting in the case.

You asked if we have more… and we heard you.

A huge THANK YOU for yesterday, we’re honestly a bit overwhelmed. So many of you liked and shared our new Explorer’s Choice grill picks, some of you came back a second time, and a few people even called after trying them just to tell us everything was excellent. That means a lot to us.

And then we woke up to a ton of messages asking: “Any left for today?”
So we had to come up with a plan: the crew is getting ready again.

We’re posting a few quick, uncut videos here (no time to polish them today), but if you didn’t get to try the pinwheels yet… or you want round two… come by the shop and we’ll get you set up.
