Take a moment to pause, breathe and reconnect. 🌿

Kelly’s Health Shop is pleased to host The Ripple Effect, a new monthly guided meditation circle led by Christina Erl.

Each gathering will include a short talk, a 20-minute guided meditation, and time for questions and reflection.

Whether you’re completely new to meditation or already have an established practice, everyone is welcome. Chairs will be provided, or you’re welcome to bring your own meditation cushion.

Join us at Kelly’s Health Shop on September 16th at 6:30 pm as we welcome Dr. Bill Code for a book signing and presentation of Solving the Heart Puzzle. Dr. Code will share insights from his journey through oxygen, Omega-3s, and the science of healing, with a focus on heart and brain health.
