Vendor Spotlight: Brut Charcuterie

Looking for delicious, artisinally made fancy meat? Look no further than Brut Charcuterie. Each Saturday, you can find Brut at the market selling sausages and salamis with flavours such as caraway, juniper & white w**e, and spicy dill. All made locally. If you need a sandwich fixin, an addition for your Charcuterie board, or a snack while you shop, stop by to see Jude and get yourself a meat stick.

Brut Charcuterie can be found at the Central Farmers' Market each Saturday from 10am to 1pm. We have five markets left for the season, so dont delay.

Arguably the sweetest vendor at the market, Velma has been a staple of the Central Farmers' Market since we launched last year. Each week you can find her homemade sweets and treats, ready to delight all ages. Stop by for a lollipop, Turkish delight, almond Rocco, and more fun treats throughout the season.
