Aydan didn’t set out to start a bakery.

She started making sourdough and shared it with friends and family but kept hearing the same thing: you should be selling this.

That became A’s Sourdough Bakery, with handmade loaves, focaccia and other sourdough baking made in Spencerville with simple ingredients and a focus on the details that make every loaf delicious.

Prescott has caught on pretty quickly, too. Almost every weekend, Aydan has gone home from the market sold out.
