Meet your new grillmate 🔥

Hell Fire Detroit Jalapeño is the everyday workhorse. Bright, green, punchy, and easy to use without sending everyone at the table into panic mode.

This one is made for burgers, grilled chicken, tacos, nachos, breakfast wraps, eggs, sausages, sandwiches, roasted potatoes, mac and cheese, grilled corn, and anything with melted cheese.

Mix it into ranch for a quick jalapeño dip. Stir it into sour cream for taco night. Add it to mayo for a burger spread. Use it in a marinade for chicken thighs, or drizzle it over nachos right before they hit the table.

We’ve got the Fermentaholics D.I.Y. Fresh Cheese Making Kit in store, and it’s built for anyone who wants to try making real cheese at home without turning the kitchen into a science lab.

This kit is beginner-friendly, takes about 1 hour or less, and can make over 15 pounds of cheese with just milk added.

A little taste of Greece coming out of the Big Bend kitchen. 🇬🇷

This is the filling for our spanakopita. Spinach, feta, onions, lemon, and dill all mixed together before it gets wrapped in delicate filo pastry and baked.

Flaky on the outside, rich and savoury on the inside. It’s one of those pastries that works just as well for lunch as it does for a quick snack.

Most people like to add a little tzatziki on the side, and honestly that’s the move.

Just another fresh option coming out of the Big Bend kitchen.
