At the Fromagerie Au Fond des Bois, all the cheeses are made exclusively with the goats milk, from Nubian, Alpine, Lamancha, Saenen and Toggenburg goats. The Fromagerie offers cheeses made from pasteurized goat's milk, yogurt and goat meat.
