Bernie produces vegetables, salads and garlic at his farm in Très-St-Rédempteur. He uses no chemical fertilizers or ingredients on his crops. He sells to the best restaurants and at local markets including Hudson and Vankleek Hill. Once you have tasted his salad you will never look back. Excellent value for money.
