It’s been a great start to Monday! Had a Cpl Wagyu steaks gone out the door and almost forgot to tell everyone the Retail cut Wagyu is ready to go! Everything is vacuum sealed we have 4 Thors hammers available off these animals for anyone who wants to give there smoker something different😉 we only have 1 brisket available for retail and it won’t stick around long!
AAA ribeyes will be available on Thursday beef may have gone up but we are gonna keep our price steady!
Ribeyes are 22.25lb or 49.06kg, not sure how long it will last as beef prices have yet to stabilize.

Alright the F1 Wagyu 1/4s are ready to go for bulk purchase on Monday May 25th, 4 1/4s available and we saved everything we could we have 2 options. First options on 2 1/4s is Bone-out cuts of tenderloin striploin and ribeyes along with all the roasts and ground beef. And our Bone-in switching to Tbones and bone in rib steaks along with all the roasts and ground aswell. Both packs have sirloin steaks and a few other varieties of steaks. On the 279lb 1/2 (139.5lb 1/4) each 1/4 will be $2024.52 each, that’s all in and on the 272lb 1/2 (136lb 1/4) will be $1980.17 all in. These 1/4s have every cut available inside and will be completely frozen and ready for pick up Monday! At this price they will not last long, animals are govt inspected and can be resold legally. Msg for details!
