🥞 Who says pancakes are only for breakfast?! 🍳

Lunch at my house today featured pancakes made with my very own pancake mix, topped with a couple of farm fresh eggs and a generous drizzle of locally sourced maple syrup. 🤤🍁

Honestly... this is one of my favourite lunches - fast, filling, and yummy!

The best part? You can grab everything you need for your own pancake-and-egg masterpiece at the stand! Well, almost everything—the maple syrup is locally sourced, but those delicious pancake mixes and farm fresh eggs are waiting for you! 😉

📅 The stand reopens Friday at 8 AM, and trust me... you're going to want to stop by early!

I’ve decided not to open tomorrow (Monday) because I simply won’t have enough time to restock — and a little rest sounds pretty good too! 😊
