Picking Up Your Package Made Easy!

Here are a few tips to make your package pickup smooth and hassle-free:

📦 Track Your Package:
Use your tracking number to find the exact location of your package before heading to the store. Most tracking systems are accurate and save everyone time.

🚛 Know Your Courier:
We only receive packages from Purolator unless there’s a special arrangement. If it’s with FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, etc., it won’t be here.

🔍 Tracking Number & Package Size:
Have your tracking number ready and, if possible, know the size of your item. This helps us locate your package faster.

🔢 Order Number vs. Tracking Number:
Make sure you're giving us the tracking number, not the order number—they're not the same!

❌ No Tracking Number = No Package
We won’t be able to release your item without a valid tracking number.
