🥦 The Job: Bridging the Gap from Farm to Table
This role is the operational heart of our sales process! Responsibilities include:
• Receiving crop availability lists from our farmers.
• Compiling these into a streamlined sales spreadsheet.
• Selling the offerings to our established clientele list.
• Serving as the lead to organize orders on our sales days.

🍅 What We’re Looking For:
• Business acumen and an eye for new markets.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with local vegetables.
• A candidate ready for a long-term commitment.

🌱 Hours & Schedule:
• June – December: Averages 12 hours per week (our peak season!).
• January: Our annual downtime.
• February – May: Hours gradually ramp back up for the new season.

That’s right, Sea Bluff and Square Root have new weeding tractors! 🚜 It is quite the learning curve to drive over your sweet seedlings with rubber fingers and tines. 😬. The key is to plant your rows very, VERY straight and at the right spacing. Then breathe deep and trust.😮‍💨 It’s fun when you get the hang of it…kinda like a video game as you watch the plants whiz by and the surface of the bed gets rubbed clean of weeds! 👍

Is anyone else ready for spring? We have the first wee sprouts of seedlings 🌱 poking up in the greenhouses.
Our CSA box program is sold out for Season 1 thanks to our amazing community. We still have space available for Season 2 starting June 9th.
