Labour Day Weekend is here and all your September Harvest Favourites are in season now!
🌽Fresh picked Super-Sweet Yellow and Peaches and Cream Corn
🥬 All the greens including crisp Head, Romaine, Red and Green Leaf Lettuces, Curly and Lacinato/Black Kale and Swiss Chard
🥕 Fresh dug root veggies: Carrots, Beets, Parsnips and the first of our Onions are starting to come in. Leeks and locally grown Potatoes, too!
🥦 Fresh Brassicas including Broccoli, Red and Green Cabbage, and a variety of Cauliflower in white, cheddar and graffiti 🤍🧡💜
🎃 A variety of Squash including Pie Pumpkins, Spaghetti, Butternut, Kabocha and Acorn (so far!)
🍎 First of the season locally grown and BC grown apples and pears and… Fresh Cold-Pressed Apple Juice is now back! Michell’s Farm Grown apples, picked fresh and pressed here at Harvest Rd.. Available in 1L or 2L jugs.
🥩 Michell’s Farm Beef - Born and raised here on our farm. Individual cuts available like ground, stew, steaks, and more including beef bone stock, demi-glacé and Tallow
We have many more great local products, too! Fresh cut flowers, Cowichan Milk, locally baked goods, eggs, honey, jams and pickles - there’s too many to list!
