Hi everyone, I am a decade long researcher on how the human body functions and I stumbled on the hydrogen isotops researching the benefits of peroxide. I have read many books and studies about water(structured water, exclusion zone etc). What I have learned on hydrogen isotops these past months is beyond everything I have ever encountered on water. There are 3 isotops, protium, tritium and deuterium. The latter is the most important as it is the most abundant in biological plasma. Probably in the past the human body was able to deal better with this molecule by fasting , not having 3 meals a day plus snacks, carbs abuse, and other modern feeding technics. Most people these days lower their concentration of deterium and have no idea that they are getting healthy by doing that as they don't know it. Is done by fasting, nutrition, frequency of ingestion, complex carbohydrates, vegetable roots, modern agriculture, irrigation, sea water, glaciers, mountains, plains, concentrations, mitochondrial cycles, metabolic water produced in ketosis and much more. Not all practices above are by any means necessary but they help in deuterium depletion. There is more involved here and I am thinking that a big amount of deterium was released in earth's hydrosystem environment after
/during the mudfloods. This molecule is everywhere, sea water, lakes, foods, you name it at different concentrations. The highest is seawater , at 155 ppm and lowest probably in Antarctica as deuterium rich waters have a different freezing/melting temp.
Deterium interference with ATP production is tremendous, resulting in damaging the nanomotor found in cell and resulting in disintegration of mithocondria. At a concentration of 150 ppm in human body we "burn" one nanomotor every 1.4 seconds. Mithocondria does not produce energy, it produces metabolic water primarily for the use of the nanomotor in combination with oxigen to create the "spark" (kinetic pop) which turn at 9000 rpm. The process is more complex biochemically but I'm sure you will dig it up, as I did, but in a few words that is it. There are already on the market some producers but they cannot supply the north america population, for example. The biggest quantity of deterium depleted water is done in Romania, China and Russia.
The diet is very important as many food products contain high deuterium. Most of the biomass on earth is designed to deplete deuterium. The bacteria in the gut multiplies to deplete deuterium as the ATP production in bacterial nanomotors is based on deuterium. The nanomotors turn dextrogir for all bacterias and insects. Basically the SCD diet works for some and for some doesn't based on deuterium depletion capacity of that specific organism. I'll write more...
