Shana tova friends! Wishing you a sweet New Year and considering the state of the world we’re all gonna need a little extra honey this year.

Let that “honey” show up in being kind to each other. Taking care of one another. Check in on that old friend you haven’t heard from. Make someone laugh. Feed someone. Give some hugs. Hug some trees. Just hug.

Have you tried an all beef salami? You must. Hot off the grill or in salmi and eggs (my favorite), all beef salmi is a must. And Chicago 58 A CANADIAN family owned company has been in the salami business for a hundred years. They know their beef and so do we. We have small chubs and large torpedo chubs cozied up in our fridge next to our Kwinters all beef dogs. It's grilling season... Let's get your beef on!

Well it had to happen… competitive eater Aaron “The Hungriest Jew” Brook and his companion stomach came to Buzzys and demolished THREE Hungry Jews, with three sides of slaw, latkes, and pickles. All seven feet of him left with a very full belly and his grand prize ….a complimentary roll of Buzzys ultra soft very absorbent toilet paper…for whatever comes next!

While I was away, today’s Brisket was lovingly and perfectly smoked by our newest pit master , Melanie ( AKA Mrs.Buzzy) . Clearly she’s coming after my job… beautiful, smokey, and juicy … I’m talking about the brisket… or am I?
