We have two lines of natural sunscreen available at the store right now. The first are the Sunly sticks from Attitude in Montreal. They are available in two sizes: a smaller tube for the face, and a larger tube for the body. There is a tinted formula, a regular formula, and one for sensitive skin (that contains extra oatmeal to help moisturize). They all come in paper tubes that can be recycled/composted.

We also have natural sunscreen from Tanit, also located in Quebec. This sunscreen comes packaged in a 100% biodegradable and compostable tube, created using wheat plant stems that are commonly disposed of after harvesting the grain. It is available in SPF 30 and SPF 50 (recommended for your face). It contains organic prickly pear seed oil, providing a concentration of antioxidants to fight premature aging, free-radicals, and to promote healthy cell renewal.

Both sunscreens utilize non-nano zinc and offer both UVA and UVB protection. Come check them out!

GLRC is proud to be a partner of this year’s NuSarnia Foundation Kids Bike Rally! 🚲

Join the fun on Saturday, June 13, 2026 from 9 AM to 1 PM at Canatara Park for a free family-friendly event for kids ages 4–12.

There will be bike decorating, Bike Safety 101, a fun obstacle course, rally passports with a chance to win a prize, swag bags for the first 200 kids to check in, and even a chance to win a new bike!

Parents and guardians are welcome to ride with their kids, too.
