As part of our 50 Years, 50 Legacies community recognition series, we are proud to recognize North Lambton Community Health Centre
For decades, the North Lambton Community Health Centre has been a trusted leader in providing accessible, community-based health care and wellness services throughout Lambton County. Guided by a holistic approach that recognizes health as a state of physical, mental, spiritual, and social well-being, the Centre delivers comprehensive primary health care, health promotion, and community development programs that strengthen the health of our community.
Through a wide range of services—including health and wellness programming, cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, diabetes education, and community support services—the Centre has made a meaningful difference in the lives of countless individuals and families.
The WorkPlace Group is especially grateful for our partnership with the North Lambton Community Health Centre and the invaluable support provided through its Community Navigator program. By helping our clients access housing, income supports, health care, and other essential community resources, the Community Navigator plays a vital role in helping individuals achieve the stability they need to pursue education, training, and meaningful employment. This collaboration has strengthened our ability to provide truly person-centred employment services and has helped remove barriers that often stand in the way of long-term success.
As we celebrate our 50th anniversary, we are proud to recognize the North Lambton Community Health Centre and Kathy Bresett for their commitment to improving lives, fostering healthier communities, and supporting pathways to independence and employment.
