In 2008, a small group of people got together and started to brainstorm around starting a fair-trade store in Northumberland County. In August 2009, that idea became a reality when our store opened on King Street West in downtown Cobourg. We've been through booms, recessions, storms, pandemics, trade disputes, and all manner of things.
