Bison boxes are available! This beauty comes from XY Bison Ranch, located south of Fort St. John. XY has been running for over 100 years and has won multiple awards for their great quality of meat. So we thought we should share it with you 😉 🦬
Each box includes - 2 bags of bones, 4 striploins, 6 top sirloins, 1 sirloin tip roast, 1 cross rib roast, 4 tenderloins, 6 # stew meat, 1 round roast, 5 ribeyes, 3 shanks (cut), 8 portions of short ribs, 25 # of ground (1 # packages) and 1 flank steak
Everything is cut, vacuum sealed, and labeled
We have 6 boxes available, $17.25 a pound, boxes are around 63-68 pounds
