What started as a hobby, developed into a passion and has now flourished into a full-on business so that we are able to share our tasty products with others! Our main business is creating artisan cured meats that are sold to high end restaurants. Our cured meats are created from local, ethically raised, hormone and antibiotic-free pork. We couldn't just keep these products to ourselves, so we reno

vated our store front so that we can offer our products to those that visit us in our Sharbot Lake store. Our products can also be found in a number of specialty/local food shops in Ottawa and Kingston. We carry house-made artisan cured meats and other specialty food products (locally sourced if we can find them).
