The only time is 9 am because this is the schedule.

-This chore takes 45 mins -hour
-In the warm barn
-We are about 10 mins SE from Sherwood Park

With constant sniffles and coughs in my home I am trying my hand at making elderberry syrup! I normally buy it then I realized I can modify the flavour. Ontop of the elederberries I added a little chai mix, cinnamon, lemon peel and dry orange slices. If I had any on hand I’d also add rose hips for more vit c. Next time. Once ruduced I’ll add a good portion of raw honey 💜
