Every Thursday 5:30-8:30pm June 4 to September 10th on Beacon Avenue in Beautiful Sidney, BC. is thrilled to be managing the 2024 Sidney Street Market! We are here to help bring people together, to celebrate community, and to lift up all Local "Makers, Bakers and Magic Creators"! The Market Opens on THURSDAY, JUNE 6 at 5:30pm and we will be there every Thursday until September 5th! Find us on the iconic Beacon Avenue in beautiful Sidney by the Sea.

One of our favourite sights at the Sidney Street Market is seeing the Sidney RCMP out in the community, chatting with visitors, sharing a laugh, and being part of the fun.

Tonight, they even took a few lessons from our resident Bubble Guy and completed some very official bubble-blasting training. We can confirm their technique is excellent. 🫧👮‍♂️

These moments matter. They remind us that community is built through connection, smiles, and a little bit of silliness.

A huge thank you to the Sidney RCMP for helping keep our market safe while always taking the time to engage with families, kids, and yes… even bubbles.

Now the only question is: should Bubble Patrol become a permanent unit? 🫧💙

Well, we think Amber Azalea has found her Sidney Street Market fan club! 🎤✨

Making her first appearance at the market tonight, Amber has Second & Beacon absolutely hopping. Kids are dancing in the street, families are stopping to sing along, and the energy is off the charts.

If you haven’t wandered over yet, now’s the time. Great music, happy faces, and one fantastic performer making her Sidney Street Market debut.

Welcome to the market, Amber! We have a feeling this won’t be your last visit. 💙

Conspiracy theory of the night… 🤔🍟

Some people say the fastest way to get the Sidney Street Market operations team on your side is with food.

We’re not saying it’s true…

But bao_theory moseyed on over with a basket of fries that were clearly made with some kind of delicious magic, and suddenly the entire crew was in an exceptionally good mood. 🍟✨

Barb and Lisa even started channeling Lady and the Tramp over a single fry. (Don’t worry, professionalism prevailed… eventually. 😂)

This is the kind of fun we love at the Sidney Street Market: incredible local food, great people, spontaneous laughter, and a community that knows how to enjoy a summer evening.

🎤✨ Sometimes the best surprises happen at the Sidney Street Market! ✨🎤

When we had a last-minute musical cancellation, one incredible human didn’t hesitate for a second.

Pixie Sings stepped in at the last moment and, as always… she absolutely brings it.

Broadway ballad? ✔️
Country classic? ✔️
Rock anthem? ✔️

Is there anything this woman can’t sing?

We don’t think so.

🎶 Live music is in full swing! 🎶

We’ve got Benson Town performing at 2nd & Beacon from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM, and if you haven’t stopped to listen yet, you’re missing out.

There’s something about his voice that feels like the good old days, with timeless storytelling, a little country soul, and songs that transport you straight to Texas and beyond.

We think Benson Town is a young artist to watch, and we’re thrilled to have him bringing the soundtrack to another beautiful Sidney Street Market evening.

So grab something cold to drink, pick up a few tasty snacks from one of our amazing vendors, find a sunny spot, and enjoy a free concert in the heart of beautiful Sidney by the Sea.
