Community Supported Agriculture program. Simcoe, Norfolk County Ontario, Canada Meadow Lynn Market Garden is committed to providing chemical- free fruits & vegetables for your family. Located in Norfolk County, in the town of Simcoe, Ontario; our market garden provides vegetable boxes through our CSA program & extra produce at the Simcoe farmers market. Our CSA runs 18 weeks starting in June- October. Our Commitments:
- Using untreated, non-GMO seed and source organic seed whenever possible.
- Growing veggies without the use of pesticides
- Improve soil heath with the use of cover crops, green manures, animal manures and crop rotations
- Offer fresh, vine-ripen produce
- Making a place for the promotion of food education and transparent relationship with consumers

Ever wondered what happens to the beef fat from the butcher?

We ask for ours to be ground so we can bring it home and render it into beef tallow.

Tallow can be used in all kinds of cooking and baking—and we’re also putting it to use in our upcoming beef tallow skincare class at Generations Marketplace!
