For this job you’ll need to:

Show up for work on time every day (most important)

Show pride in your work

Make sure the cutting schedule stays consistent in the cooler

Be a good people person to talk to customers

Be able to keep every department flowing properly

Have a strong work ethic

Be clean and tidy

learn new skills

Probem solve on the fly

Listen to instructions and follow them to a T

Good evening yall I’m just working on packaging up some fresh batches of sticks to be sold this week! But I have bad news 🗞️ tomorrow the store will remain closed! As we don’t have an employee anymore to run the front and I need a day to catch up on cutting/packaging! I know I told a few people we would be open tomorrow already! Sorry for the inconvenience! Hey yall here’s our 2026 wild game price list! No crazy changes! Much the same as last year. Please read carefully if your planning on bringing us some game to cut up!

First of all as a hunter myself I understand how important it is to get your game in the cooler when it’s hot out. Starting tonight I will have the shop phone forwarding calls to my cell phone so I can take after hours drop offs! 306-841-7702

We offer skinning at the door! If you’re in a rush or can’t get it here clean we’re happy to do it! Just give us some notice you’re bringing it in!

All animals need to be gutted before they get to the shop.

Turn around time is 2-2.5 weeks for a basic cut and wrap.

Outfitting customers please speak with Bryce if your needing a rush cut&wrap

If you’re looking to do sausage and what not it’s not a problem! We love making sausage but we do cut hundreds of animals every fall. Once we get overloaded usually early October we will cut the animal and freeze the trim to be made in order at a later date. Cuts can be picked up before as long as a wild game deposit has been paid. We will give you this option when we take your order and can store your cuts until the sausage is done if that’s preferred!

We have a lot of repeat customers if your new we hope to earn your business again!

Once again we will be running a promotion all hunting season until Dec 7th each animal you bring in you’ll get your name in the hat for a free cut&wrap in 2027!
