Fresh Green Salad (arugula, baby spinach, tomatoes, pistachios, soft goat cheese, bell peppers, a sweet balsamic dressing)

Colourful Quinoa Salad (quinoa, feta, bell peppers, pistachios, sunflower seeds, chickpeas, currents, scallions, and parsley)

Salted Cod Fishcakes (served with my tartar sauce, or the curried apricot/mango sauce)
