✨ Meet Kelsey ✨

Kelsey started with us 8 years ago as a line cook in the restaurant, and since then she’s worn just about every hat possible in our small business.

When the restaurant closed, she transitioned into our production facility where she now runs all of our wholesale packaging operations like an absolute pro.

👏 Not to mention the gambit of other things that are above and beyond her “job description”

Dedicated, hardworking, and never one to shy away from a challenge — Kelsey is truly one of the people who keeps everything moving behind the scenes. We honestly couldn’t do it without her!

Meet Albert 👋

Albert has been part of our team for the past 3 years, and his journey with us is one we’re incredibly proud of. Starting out in the restaurant, he’s worked hard, grown his skills, and earned his role as our Production Lead.

Originally from Ukraine, Albert brings not only experience, dedication & a fine tuned palette, but also a strong work ethic and steady leadership that helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

He’s become an integral part of our small, close-knit family—and we’re lucky to have him.
