Autumn stopped in to show us her prom dress, and wow… she looks absolutely stunning in red!

🎓✨ One of our beautiful grads, Mya stopped by today looking absolutely stunning in her prom dress!

Mya is graduating high school this year, and we couldn’t be prouder of her. As part of our front-end team, you’ll find her helping customers on cash, working in the office, or keeping things running smoothly at self-serve. No matter where she is, she’s always ready for a chat and keeps us all updated on the latest happenings in her day-to-day life.

Mya brings so much positivity, kindness, and light to our team. We’re incredibly lucky to have her, and we can’t wait to see all the amazing things her future holds.

We are so proud to celebrate Em on her graduation from Nova Scotia Community College and on receiving the board of governors award for her hard work and dedication!

Em has been a ray of sunshine on our team, always bringing positivity, kindness, and a smile that brightens everyone’s day. We are thrilled to see her begin this exciting new chapter with a job in her chosen field—an achievement that is so well deserved.

While we’ll miss having her around regularly, we’re excited to share that she’ll be returning to help us out over the Christmas break, so it’s not goodbye just yet!

We're looking for a reliable and motivated Morning Bread Baker to join our team!
🥖 Position Details:
• Bread baking shifts: 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• 2 mornings per week
We're hoping to find someone who is interested in growing with us. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to be trained for additional daytime shifts in our Prepared Foods/Deli and Fresh Cut Fruit departments.
✅ Ideal Candidate:
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable with early morning starts
• Enjoys working with food
• Eager to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
• Works well independently and as part of a team

This week we’re shining the spotlight on Jack and Brooklyn!

Brooklyn joined our team in 2024, and Jack became part of the team in 2025. As part-time student employees, they do an amazing job balancing school, extracurricular activities, and work while always bringing a positive attitude to every shift.

Whether it’s helping a customer, supporting a coworker, or jumping in wherever they’re needed, these two are always willing to lend a hand. Even after a long day at school, they show up ready to work with smiles on their faces.

We’re proud to have such hardworking, dependable young people on our team and can’t wait to see all they accomplish in the future. Thanks for everything you do, Jack and Brooklyn! 👏
