Each animal is under 30 months. Most animals are processed between 22 &28 months. This guarantees that the meat will be tender ,rich in color and flavourful
All animals are on a grass and supplement diet for at least 120 days before processing. This ensures tenderness

and consistent flavour, eliminating regional and seasonal inconsistencies. All animals are “ Hormone Free”
Animals are not provided antibiotics or any animal by-products at any time during feeding period. Disease Free : all animals are checked by CFIA inspectors during processing
