Pretty exciting stuff happening in Stoughton!!

A new hockey Rink
A new Hall
A new indoor walking track

Our Fairgrounds already has Soccer fields, baseball diamonds.... a brand new, huge play structure, camp grounds, curling rink and an outdoor pool.

A new Health Center is also being built on Main street!

Stoughton is gonna be the place to be!!

Yes, we paid our power bill.

No, we didn't just pay half of our power bill.

Yes, we have had an electrician look at it.

Yes, we have ghosts

Yes, we are open

Yes, the light switches are off, but then the lights come on.

Yes, the light switches are on, but some of the lights are off.

No, we are not trying to conserve power....

Yes, we are aware about the lights. It's another headache for a small business to deal with.

It's Emily's Birthday!!!

Her friends sent me photos of herself, per my request so I could do a Birthday post. Sometimes it's hard for me to search up pics on our facebook business page of specific people if I don't use names.

I had to most definitely pick and choose appropriate pictures to post. 🤣😂

Emily loves Volleyball.... we will force her to Love Basketball.... she is a hard worker at the store and is always nice and polite to all of our customers.

Awe Sydney came to visit today......

You might all remember Syd!!

I put him through the ringer on social media.

Made him dress up in costumes, compared him to Chuck Norris because of his cut off jeans, put a lonely hearts ad up about him trying to find a woman, made him do the "Santa Chronicles" with me where he had to wear a Santa suit and we did different skits at all the businesses in town to promote them.

I made him take a picture with dear linda today... for old times sake!!

I had the pleasure of coaching Sydney soccer, then he helped me with Highschool soccer as I was wheelchair and crutches bound at the time.

He started out in the front end of the store, moved to the meat dept and them moved to Saskatoon!

He comes back every year for my soccer tourney and refs a million games...... that Ginger never learns and always gets sunburnt! 🥰

Anywho, Sydney has a kick ass job, just moving up the ranks.....and now here comes the most important part..

He is single ladies!! I know right?! Can hardly believe this stud is still on the market.

I'm thankful that the rain held off until we made it to the vehicle.

We are closed today for the holiday.... if you were calling the store this morning.... I'm sorry that I was ignoring you......that phone was RINGING OFF THE HOOK.

Rory and I both hid when people came to the door and would tug on it a few times....... just to make sure we are extra closed. 🤣😂

Busy weekend with Football..... and more to come!!

Labour day classic!!

Kai Clark and his U14 Falcons team had a win against Swift Current yesterday, it was a nail biter and a great comeback!
Rory is happy to be apart of the coaching staff again this year.
Pictured is the Three musketeers: Logan, Judd and Kai.

Finley had another win on Friday against Moose Jaw Peacock with Weyburn Comp. (I forgot to take pictures, so I used a stock image from their win against Estevan last week. 🤣)

Now it's the Riders turn!!

I'm rushing around work trying to get orders done and make deadlines so I can join the family in Regina to help cheer our Riders to victory!!

You know what time it is!

Back to school pictures for the Clark boys

Finley: Grade 10
Kai: Grade 8

On sunday, we we're getting the boys new gear for school.

After I had a couple of "mom" meltdowns in Winners, cause you know....they said they needed new clothes.... but proceeded to not look for "said new clothes" themselves......

And then it hit me...as I was lovingly/frustrated/overwhelmed looking at Leif, Finley and Kai, I proceeded to shed some tears.... good thing I had my sunglasses to hide my blubbering self.

It was tears of the realization that this was it. The last time all three boys, myself and Rory would be doing back to school shopping together. We wouldn't be a constant unit of 5 after this year.

Never in a million years did I think I would be that person.... but here I'am, tears welling up in my eyes as I type this.

This year is going to be fantastic and I'm going to cherish every single second of it..... and take a ridiculous amount of pictures! ❤️
