This classic Filipino dessert drink is a sweet, refreshing treat made with coffee-flavored jelly cubes mixed with milk or cream. Popular across the Philippines, especially during hot weather, Coffee Jelly is loved for its rich coffee taste, smooth texture, and refreshing chilled finish.
Unlike traditional Canadian jelly, Mr. Gula Man Coffee Jelly: • Sets VERY fast — usually within minutes
• Has a softer, smoother texture
• Is made to be enjoyed in drinks or creamy desserts
• Is refreshing and light, not overly sweet
• Perfect served cold with ice, evaporated milk, or cream
⭐ EASY RECIPE: 1 pack Mr. Gula Man Coffee Jelly
2 cups water
½ cup sugar (adjust to taste)
➡️ Boil water and sugar
➡️ Stir in jelly powder until dissolved
➡️ Pour into container and let cool
➡️ Sets quickly in about 15–30 minutes
➡️ Cut into cubes and serve with milk, cream, or ice!
