Hunters in this hot weather this is how you can protect your meat if you’re in the bush put your meat in the water. Find a nice cool creek. If not get that Hide off quickly cut the front legs off from the arm pit. Hang those legs to cool on the hind quarter Where your knee joint is cut until you reach the bone and cut the meat down to the hip joint, use your knife and cut down the back bone on either side. This should cool the denser meat now on the neck cut this down along side, the back bone of the neck Peel it back a bit and let the heat out of the body. With wild meat, you don’t have hang as long you can cut it up for steaks roasts burger. If you decide to make sausage I have a freezer at my house.
