Choose your own natural essential oil, or make it scent-free! Bring Small jars and bottles to take home samples! All ingredients are available at Karma Co-op!

All volunteer Repair Cafe fixers and coordinators generously donate their expertise and time to bring these events to our community, and they receive no compensation. So, any donations you would like to make are welcome, and can help cover our fixers’ and Karma’s expenses i.e. materials/consumables. Any surplus donations are shared with Karma Co-op and Repair Cafe Toronto for co-produced events.

We're featuring a wheel of Comte hard cheese, available at 20% lower bulk pricing, to be divided up among registrants at our event!
We invite cheese lovers to come to the store with their own containers, cheese cloths, waxed paper or parchment paper, knives, etc.., to purchase portions of desired sizes from the cheese on offer, and learn about how and where Comte is made.

DIY Workshop Alert!
Fabric Repair Workshop: Japanese Embroidery, Stitching and Darning
Monday, August 24, 6:00pm-7:30pm
Arrive and register your item. Registration closes 30 minutes before the event ends.

(PWYC) Pay What You Can.

Sato and Yoko have held many workshops in Japan. If you are interested in learning about this modern embroidery skill please drop by. They will provide darning materials which can repair sweaters, jeans, socks, handkerchiefs, sweatshirts, tshirts, etc.

Please note: All fabric items need to have recently been washed. Please also assess your item to see if the fabric is strong enough to be mended: hold it up to the light, and if it is thin and light shines through where it is worn, there is not enough life left in the fabric for it to be repaired.

Event registration closes 30 minutes before the end of the event at 7:00pm to ensure there is time for fixers to work on items. Please come at the beginning of the event to register.
