Sharing my love of charcuterie on the soon to launch www.salumerume.com. I will be posting pics of cures, curing, different stages of the meat from whole beast to grind to salume fermentation. Please join me in finding the "cure" for the love of charcuterie. This is a hobby for now in my home. I do not have meat for sale as I have not been approved by the health board.
