26 years ago Mark’s youngest son, Alex, was born and a week after Terry hired Jean to come work for us.

Today is Jean’s last day with us as we celebrate her retirement. Jean has been a staple presence with us and is our longest tenured employee.

Steak & Chops won’t be the same without her but we wish her all the best.

Happy retirement Jean!
