Courage Foods Opened May 2010, this owner-operated store offers fresh produce, fresh bakery and home-cooked meals. A menu for both the vegetarian and otherwise diet.

Aside from the fresh fruits and vegetables (local as possible), this little shop on Kingston Road serves up a wide variety of prepared foods. Its specialities include: sticky buns and fresh muffins, brownies, lemon sqaures and pies; hearty soups, stews, chili and gumbo; quiches, chicken pot pies, tourtiere and a really slow-cooked pulled pork. Catering available.
