Dear customers and friends,

We’ve recently noticed an increase in online comments about our store – some are encouraging, some are constructive, and we sincerely appreciate all of them. However, we have also come across a few criticisms that we feel do not fully reflect the truth or may have arisen from misunderstandings.

We admit that responding to every such comment is challenging – if we explain too much, it may sound defensive; if we stay silent, misunderstandings may grow. After careful thought, we have decided that instead of dwelling on each questionable remark, we will focus on what truly matters: delivering good products and great service every single day.

Our core belief has always been to offer fresh, quality items at fair prices. We welcome every customer, and the more you buy, the happier we are – we would never discourage anyone from purchasing more. If at times we seemed too busy to smile or our words came across as abrupt, we apologise sincerely. That is not our intention, and we are reinforcing staff training to ensure everyone feels respected and welcomed.

We are deeply grateful to our loyal regulars who have shown us understanding and support – your trust keeps us going.
