We process all of our meat by hand in our store, with specialty cuts and dry-aging available on request. Our bread is baked fresh daily, and we stock high-quality produce from local sources to a variety of international sources. We can also

create custom orders to your specifications, and we exercise special care when preparing every product to ensure consistency.
