Our traditional Gravlax was one of the first products we introduced. Lovingly cured using our own blend of spices and seasonings, real akvavit, and the freshest salmon around.

This doesn’t get the smoke treatment and relies on the expert curing by our team for its flavours.

We produce it using the same principles as everything we make. Start with the best ingredients, treat them with love and respect and don’t rush it. Always hand sliced and never frozen as well.

We know you love our cold smoke, but have you tried our hot smoked products? Our hot smoked salmon was recently featured on Toronto life’s incredible edible bucket list.

Made with the same care and attention to detail as all of our other products and smoked for many hours over a blend of apple and peach woods. It’s great on canapes, salads, and almost any other application you can think of. And like most of our products it is never frozen to ensure the highest of quality and leave you the option to do so.
